This is where you begin - it is your foundation. It is everything to kick start your metabolism & reset your metabolism. Your individualized meal plan is curated for you, the doctors at the labs analyze your bloodwork medically & determine the best food choices for you!
I cheer you on every step of the way, so you feel supported & encouraged positively. I also provide you your customized plan, recipe booklets, pdf booklets to get started & to welcome you! I also check in regularly with you to see how you are doing & to guide you to keep you on track too. You will do amazing!
I don't want you exercising right away - I will guide you here too - we don't want to hurt ourselves & do too much too quickly. The first few weeks you want to focus on your foods & meal plan & then once you get into the routine more then we bring in gently movements that are low impact to start & build you up as you go along with other exercises. You will feel fantastic!
Did you know? When you get out of the routine of sleep & lose sleep your hormones are unbalanced by 50%! Sleep is so important part of your journey to let your body rest and digest & detoxify from your day! It all matters when you go to sleep and for how long. I can also provide extra supports if needed along the way with gently supplementation or teas so that you feel so refreshed the next morning!
The important thing with Metabolic Balance is that it balances the body with whole foods and nutrition. This supports your stress levels to be more manageable and to lower your cortisol levels - encouraging weight loss and hormonal balance. It's a win win! You will feel your best to overcome life's unexpected challenges.

Jenni is busy married in a blended family with hubby, 2 children of her own, & a step daughter, 1 golden retriever, & a kitten - she knows the commitment and determination it takes with courage and taking that step out of your comfort zone to reach your goals! I love what I do! I am busy helping hubby with his home renovation projects, travelling to visit family and friends, doing the daily errands, meal prepping, chores, & running her business - it's busy! I have added metabolic balance as part of my lifestyle now! I haven't looked back. I want to offer this to you! This plan works with you on the go, yes it does take a bit of planning, but it's completely manageable. This plan flows into your life & it's amazing how much it becomes a part of you in a short period of time to support and guide you towards hormonal gut balance. Jenni Dean is your Holistic Clinical Nutritionist Practitioner, & Mind-Body-Spirit Coach. She has worked with adults, youth, & children professionally and personally to provide motivation and redirection on your purpose in life with a bigger soul purpose. Starting by nourishing yourself with whole foods.
She has worked with many government organizations & non profit organizations and can see the big picture of what the organization & individuals need to improve their lives. She is starting to dive deep into her new career as she was developing herself through learning how businesses grow.
People sometimes call Jenni "mama" because she is very nurturing & will always cheer you on with hope, positivity, & creativity! She has received awards in customer service, training, & fundraising with United Way. She is still in her growth phase as a relatively new start up, but enjoys using all of her skills to serve others on a bigger scale.
Jenni has written many short stories, poems, & inspirational quotes as a best selling author she wrote her story in "Unbreakable Spirit book - The Deceptive Truth" about love, loss, & hope in her spirit renewed. She attained her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature while raising two little ones & continued to grab onto her dream of Holistic Nutrition & Health & Wellness graduating in honors & Advanced Symptomology to graduate with her Diploma in Holistic Nutrition.
She is a life long learner & loves to read & listen to audio books always trying to learn as much on the cutting edge knowledge with metabolism, insulin, cellular energy, & cancer. She leans in to give her 110% to every client she meets with encouragement, intuition, positivity, & care.
Jenni is a busy mom of 2+1 blended family and that keeps her busy while she is running a holistic wellness business, writing, coaching, & presenting she loves walking her golden retriever in nature walks and talking road trips throughout Canada.
She takes her business on the go & loves serving her beautiful clients & forging new relationships.
